As has been the tradition within DPS for many years, the club packs their bags in September and heads off as a group on its Annual Weekend Away. This year the destination was the lovely Rosses Point and the surrounding area in Co. Sligo on Irelands West Coast.
A really enjoyable weekend was had by all and we were lucky enough not to have the weekend spoiled by the poor weather that was a constant companion all summer.
The club based themselves out of the Yeats Country Hotel for the weekend and much time was spent travelling around the area including Sligo town, Rosses Point and Ben Bulben enjoying the local hospitality, cuisine and beverages. We even managed to take a few pictures along the way.
